Difference between success and failure is mentality.

You find a player who is hugely criticised, e.g., Beckham or Sterling, you'll create the conditions for success. Great successes dull the appetite, failure whets it.

Without reading the previous 10 pages I'm going to guess we've got a few posts warning us that they will seriously challenge this year and we need to watch them.

We don't, they are managed by a fucking clown. Then you look at the coaching team and they are also clowns who'd be lucky to get a gig in non league football usually.
So for all their players ability on paper whilst employing ole they are destined to win sweet fuck all.
