I was going to mention Greenwood.. I thought police had 28 days to issue charges after releasing someone on bail pending further investigation, how long has it been now?

I'd assume he's been charged and like Mendy it's all quiet while the case is built.

Police can give someone more than 28 days bail, but the longer it is the higher the rank needs to authorise it. He could also be RUI. Released under investigation, meaning still trying to get all the evidence together but not actually on bail.

He wouldn't be charged until they have enough evidence at which point he would have to attend a first hearing at court.
