The football operation is the most important part, if they don’t have the right playing and management staff combined with facilities everything else in the club goes to pot. City focused on that and got it right, United haven’t and are left in a position where the whole club needs a massive over haul. They were more focused on the commercial side of things, however if you ain’t successful sponsors won’t come back offering money which is where they are now.
