Having witnessed first hand this week how weak the CPS are i have to agree.

They over charged Giggs. If they had simply charged him with assault he'd be convicted by now. BUT oh no, they had to use the new law (C&C Behaviour) for the sole reason it was political.
Greenwood may have warranted the same charge but for the CPS to then decide that because she no longer wants to go to court, they are sacking it all off is just a very poor joke. The entire point of the C&C charge is that he is running her life. He has told her to drop the charge. It is a disgusting cop out.

That has been one of my points these last 2 days. What if the next time the cops are called she's dead ?
The very fact the CPS decided Coercive Control meantvthey couldn't back out.
It's the sole reason why the government changed the law relating to how evidence can be given in court. The CPS do not need her to seek a conviction.
