We keep hearing that Pound Shop Pep has revolutionised the rags. After 26 games they are 3 points better off than the joint effort of Wreck it Ralph and Ole the paperboys of last season. They also have a goal difference of plus 6.

They are only where they are due to a drop off of the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool, plus City above them not being as consistent as the last two seasons, giving the rags a misplaced belief they are a lot closer to us progression wise than what they really are.
