That's the difference these past 4-5 seasons. When City lose 1-2 players to injury it's bad, but the pack is reshuffled and Pep generally deals a set of 4 Aces with what he's got left.
Klopp, ETH et al, seem to only have one set of tactics, if Plan A fails, then resort to ... Plan A.
It's going to be a big loss when Pep finally leaves/retires to collect his old age pension in 2039 ;-)
United failed at being the best team associated with 'Manchester', they are now failing at being the best 'United'... which is probably why the commentators have been primed for past 10 years with saying the full mouthful 'Manchester United' when they are playing, when it's godamn obvious that 'United' would suffice... preparing the masses for the inevitable.
