Sutton pointed out that from an elite players perspective they weren't a big club any more because there was fuck all chance of them winning anything any time soon. The zebra panted loon wasn't having it and it turned out his question was in fact rhetorical because he already knew the answer which was that the glaziers wouldn't put their hands in their pockets to fund big transfers! Both Sutton and Savage tried again to explain when you are shit the very best players won't come to you but they gave up in the end.
