Lukaku is a better player than Milito ever was apart from that short spell at Inter and some players are like for like but Shaw was never a great attacking fullback like Maicon. And Milan's midfield was stacked with technicians (Stankovic and Cambiasso as well as Zanetti and Motta).

The defence was also made up of absolutely legendary defenders. Lucio and Samuel with veterans on the bench.
