Class A & B shares The B shares are worth 10:1 votes B shares can only be held by a Glazier, until this deal which may have changed that

Yes, but as Goldbridge found out 25% of Glazer shares are not the same as 25% of utd. Its would be similar to buying some of Sheik Mansours shares when Silverlake have a significant proportion of ADUG
