He's absolutely done there, so they'd be better off getting someone in to try and change the mood a bit while they still have a final in a few weeks.

The only reason I think they won't is if the Bayern job is very realistic. He can leave by mutual consent if it is, all parties can agree he's done at the rags, he gets another big job and the rags don't pay him off.
