The set up of the owners in the Glazers and Radcliffe can’t really effect any real change within the club. Neither want to invest their own money on things like the training ground or the youth set up, how they seem to be courting Burnham and Starmer to get public funds with a change of government shows that they want be doing any infrastructure and redevelopment off their own backs. Compare and contrast that to what Mansour has done, aggressively transforming City from the ground up. Bringing new methods and thinking which the rags are trying to copy by stealing our staff but are years behind implementing to the level City have done.
