I've not wandered over to the dark side to take a look, but I'm assuming they're all referencing the role their beloved Ferguson had in the Glazers getting their paws on the club in the first place.

The Rock of Gibraltar horse played a fine part in their downfall!

The Glazers have been taking £50M out of ManUre annually in the form of Dividends and Fees. Not a bad return bearing in mind they've put nothing into the club. Given interest rates / inflation of 2% that would value the club at say £2.5 Billion. However, of late, there are quite a number of "clouds on their horizon" :

The collapse of their plans for the super league.
The general malaise of the club be it in sporting achievement, poor management, financial trends , the malign presence of Sir Alex and his entourage, the decaying ground and a lot else besides.
That grotesque monster over there in Manchester outperforming them in every way.
And then there are rising interest rates which must encourage the Glazers to sell : the club debt is going to be a lot more expensive to service when their credit lines come up for renewal in 2024 and the Glazers' return of £50M pa looks a lot less attractive when interest rates are 6%.

If the Glazers can walk away with £3 Billion ( and no strings attached ) -it makes very good sense to sell up. I commented previously that the clubs recent quarterly accounts (as at 31/3/23 ) stated short term/ long term liabilities at £568M/£676M ( total £1.244 Billion ) against figures for 31/3/22 of £458M/£586M (total £1.044 Billion) It's not looking good !

So there are very good reasons for the Glazers to cut and run . ManUre desperately need a sale ( to an Arab - surely not! ) . They need £3/4 Billion just to stabilise the club. Am I alone ( or is it just wishful thinking ) in believing that the news briefings about the supposed ongoing sale of this club ( updates provided by Neil Ashton's Ministry of Truth ) just don't add up ? . I don't think it will happen -at least - not on particularly advantageous terms for the club.

Honestly, I think I prefer the rich person trying to do good things, to the magic men in the sky crap they usually get.

May 22 presented such an opportunity

Last week, a fire spread through Easter Island and caused permanent damage to the area's iconic statues, called moai. The blaze spread through some 250 acres of the Unesco World Heritage site, and photos shared by officials on Facebook show several of the stone statues charred or collapsed.
 
I wish another club would challenge these fuckers for Onana, offer Inter more cash so they end up with Henderson as their only first team keeper. How come nobody ever tries to gazump these cunts for players?
