There are two types of employees, talkers and doers
The talkers bullshit their way into jobs they can't do and continue to bullshit and palm work off onto the doers until they're found out.
They're either sacked or protected by the person above them if that person is also a bullshitter.
TBF my Directors are both competent and hands to the pump types...I never scaled the heights due to my lack of tact with clients and Contractors.

The only rational reply to this is that you should return to high school, BlueBoy.

Mainoo has won a trophy scoring the winner in a cup final versus city. In his first (half) season.

Lewis, who is a good player, is a squad member. A bit like Darren Fletcher. Or Phil Neville.

He may get a few more matches now Rodri's injured but otherwise he'd be a rotational player, used to plug gaps in easier matches at home.
Have you ever worked in a school or are you just showing your ignorance of how things work in the real world?

Ben Watson has also scored a winner in a cup final againsr City so what's your point?

If Rico was at the swamp, he'd be lauded as the next great thing.
He can play multiple positions and is great both on and off the ball.

Likewise if Mainoo was at City, he'd get limited game time due to the obvious limitations in his game, especially his lack of spatial awareness out of possession and his inability to track opponent out of possession.
Even Rodri's injury wouldn't make much difference to playing time given the glaring weaknesses in his game.

He doesn’t believe in what he’s saying, every time he speaks he shakes his head !

He doesn't fucking know what he is saying - that much is clear from listening to the useless ****.

Admitted he is talking to a squad of utter twats and egos, but his team talks must be fucking mind boggling in the level of banality and boredom.

The players ( word used loosely ) are trying to get rid, that is a fucking certainty , and his " vote of confidence " after scruffy jim's summer attempts showed that there was no interest in any credible management alternatives.

Southgate or Ole will be in post before too long.

Its about levels through. Rico walks into this United team as a regular just now, Mainoo would have a squad role between McAtee and Lewis imho at best with City.

Same as us getting excited about.......lets go with Joey Barton for shits and giggle back in 2002/3, starter for us, we're all talking him up but would he got minutes at your squad back then? Today you drop down a level after leaving us based on the squad and you start every game, Cole Palmer most recently. The hype around Mainoo just now is overinflated but fuck it, go ahead with the new contract at £80k a week as reported for another 5 years and come back to us on value for money.

It's clear you attended that very school Blueboy mentions

Promote someone above and beyond their ability, give them a huge payrise and a nice job title then wonder in disbelief when performance deteriorates further and fail to understand why the decent staff you did have are leaving in their droves.
You've worked in the Civil Service , haven't you Bluey ?

If Lewis was at your shitstain of a club he'd be your best player, by a distance, the reason he's a squad member here (arent all players members of the squad) I assume you mean not first choice which is another one you've got wrong is because we've got miles miles better players than you lot have
Let me put it more succinctly , PesaryMonster.
How many of your First XI would make it onto our bench for a midweek 3rd round EPL Cup Tie against, say, Stevenage Town. ?
