What bank signs off on a loan like that? If you are an investor and were stumping in the cash for the rags how long before you see your money back with their never never methods of paying?

Who is paying for this? Their hidden accounts in the Cayman Islands will do a very good job of hiding who actually is if it ever gets built.

I overheard two rags in the pub on Sunday saying the government was going to make a compulsory purchase order on the land for 40 million.

Goodison Park isn’t being used as much now (apologies, Everton women’s team), so that could be a possible alternative.

It would also mean those travelling by ferry from Ireland would have a shorter journey.
