Step 2 - spend hundreds of millions on players to suit formation and style of new manager.
Step 3 - sack manager
Step 4 - go back to Step 1.

Really hope the reports that Fletcher will be interim for the rest of the season are true. Suspect they'll appoint Maresca in the coming weeks though, not that I'd be overly concerned by that appointment.

From their perspective, appointing Maresca would be a no brainer. I'm holding out hope that they go for Southgate
