I've been saying it for years, we should play them not their past reputation.

It's annoying isn't it.

I often berate Pep for blowing smoke up their arse before a game. It's seen by their manager and players as an endorsement from Pep. It's just the shot in their arm they need to get them up for the game.

Mrs. B, says to me: "what do you expect him to say?"

I reply: "fuck all, or at least be ironic or sarcastic about it, if you have to mention them at all"

If more managers & players across the league were to treat the rags with the contempt that I've got for them, they'd be in a relegation battle every year.

Now, they're my kind of stats.

That club is a fucking shim sham.

The media in this country is a disgrace and they have no shame whatsoever. If that was any other "big" club in the league they'd be openly mocking them (with the obvious exceptions).

Despite the fact that the rags have been irrelevant for years, watching the media propping them up is criminal. It's beyond embarrassing, and I'm sure on some level they know it, the rags know it and anyone with a modicum of common sense knows it too.

Just let the fuckers sink. That's my advice. It'll make for better reading too.

Their sheep like fans get told all sorts of shite by their club and the media, and they soak it all in as gospel.

It's truly great to be a blue these days.

They'll score a couple against Grimsby tonight and get all giddy again, only for Burnley to hold them to a draw at Old Scaffold at the weekend. Then it'll be glum faces all round.

Just hope we turn up and give them something to really whinge about on the derby.
