Time for a good ol' protest apparently. Dust off the zebra pants and make sure that sense of self awareness is firmly stuffed down the back of the sofa!

BBC News - 'We're a laughing stock' - Man Utd fans to protest

Enjoy this circus blues, I am loving this absolute shit show playing out, pundits, ex players and so called journalists alike all coming out with their own two peneth on who should take the reigns, who has this infamous ‘United DNA’ and play the ‘United way’ - the club is in deep decay, glazers out, glazers in, Jim to the rescue, Jim out - it’s comedy gold. The fact that fergie is still influencing things is brilliant, United fans have become everything they mocked the scousers for in living in the past. Let’s be honest, fergie won lots of trophies but he had the referees, FA, broadcasters and opposition managers in his pocket through bullying tactics, yes he got the best out of frankly average players but only ever had one team to compete with for every one of his titles. His tactical ineptness showed during failure after failure to get past the quarter finals in champions league games, nothing is said. This mythical United way of playing 4-4-2 with swashbuckling wingers and box to box midfields has gone and they refuse to accept it - Scholes and Butt pandering for ‘Brucey’ ‘Keano’ and ‘Ole’ to come back shows how fickle this lot are. They go on about the United way, that prick Neville said once upon a time ‘Manchester United don’t sack managers’ ….. now it’s a revolving door like Maine road in the 90s, it kill them that they can’t attract top managers and talent due to the state of the club from top to bottom and they can keep this illusion of ‘if United come calling, it’s Manchester United and you have to go’ … as our Jimmy Grimble said when asked ‘what could be better than man united son…….’

They will have to find their Norwich scarves too.

In that absolutely steaming pile of dross, I think this is my favourite bit

"The former United and Scotland midfielder, currently the club's Under-18 coach, has impressed senior figures with the way he has gone about his temporary appointment and were heartened by the performance at Burnley, which they believe on another day would have resulted in a comfortable victory."

On another day, that could have been a comfortable win against Burnley.... Wio better get ready with that contract

Maybe not the best turn of phrase to use, given their ‘not a chance it’s happening’ circus tent new stadium.

Protesting again… how many years has this been on/off (if doing ok, they stop)?
And yet, they miss the plainly obvious - ‘glarezs’ will not sell, because:
1. It’s cash cow
2. The ever rising debt makes it ever more unlikely anyone would want to buy.
So, they have to overcome the above, but they can’t do the basics:
1. Lower their ambition, radically lower the player cost base, lower the pressure for instant turnaround success
2. Forget using the historical anomalies of two/three successful managers in a lifetime of mediocrity.
Until those 2 things happen, bringing costs (and therefore the chance of debt) down, along with a healthy dose of reality for a decade or so, they have no chance of escaping the circling of the drain.

Well they are building a glorified circus tent.

(Maybe if they can find enough money.)

What do the 1958 bunch think should have been done differently?
In reality the glazers (bless em) have actually chucked money into the ol trafford cess pit.
Also, what do they expect to happen if their protest (lol) bears any fruit ??
It's all well and truly bad & going off as we speak..
I for one, actually all of us are loving it :)

It wasn’t on another day.

But it was another abject performance and another abject result from the Trafford tramps.

More ifs, buts and maybes, when it comes to the rags.

You see, there was a purpose in the design of the rags' new shithole.
