I am running out of sarcastic put downs to send to rag acquaintances.
I just didn't expect this shit show to last this long.
Do these rag fans not realise how difficult it is to keep coming up with new ways to humiliate them? It's exhausting.

They spent 34 years doing it.

Crack on mate.

Looks like Carrick is now the favourite to get the caretaker job until the end of the season. Re-appointing Solskjaer would’ve been hilarious, but appointing the guy that only managed 8th and 10th placed finishes with Middlesbrough in the Championship softens the blow.

TBF, Boro had better players.

Strange times. Swales had to go, and we all wanted Franny to succeed. But let's be honest; if not a disaster, his time as chairman was a major disappointment.
I thought it was a disaster, especially appointing Ball as manager.

I didn't want Swales, but I also didn't really much want Lee, and when he appointed Ball, then Coppell, then Clark, it became the disaster I expected, it was a complete shambles, and look where we ended up.

David Bernstein started a revival, but it was long way back from the very low point, Joe Royle halted the decline somehow, but at the time I thought even he got lucky, and we flirted with further shambles even after that, but the biggest thing was moving to the new stadium.

Scruffy Jim has been an utter disaster at united, and shows no sign of improving anything at all, hopefully he stays a long time.

The likes of Doku, Haaland, Semenyo, Cherki - if they all play - will murder them going forward for us, they are dog shit at defending.

It’ll come down to if our makeshift defence can hold them out enough and we take our chances.
Tbh, I've really been impressed by Max Aleyne's composure and choice of pass. Seems like he knows the system inside out and has the confidence to just slot in...

I'm not sure there are that many quality managers out there, then you look at what Ten Hag & Amorin did before they went to the swamp. Like other posters have said unless you're going for a huge payout why would you risk a promising reputation.

I expect Glasner to go there in the summer but at Palace he had little expectation other than keeping them in the league & I can see him replecating what Franks has done at Spurs
He'd try to implement the 3-4-3 all over again.
Only problem is, Palace have the quality of player to make it work. (Last year)

Fletcher has come out and said the champions league is still possible for them. I know we have game before it, so I'll keep my powder dry for now, but I truly hope we take them apart next weekend and really make them realise the gap is as big as ever.
Stay humble Fletcher
