Didn’t he have 3 attempts at getting them in the playoffs and couldn’t do it. If the rags want to continue the trend of employing a manager who can’t finish top six he’s perfect.

He's as thick as fuck, too. Met him years ago, I think he was at Maidstone at the time and no matter how much myself and others tried to engage him in conversation (this was long before he went to the rags, otherwise I wouldn't have given the **** the time of day) but just drew blank stares all the time. My mate honestly thought he was foreign and didn't understand English.

A sacked Smoggies manager with another sacked Smoggies manager as part of the coaching team. When Woodgate was there his TV interviews up here were dire. More boring than watching paint dry. Made me wonder about his motivational abilities. That club is becoming an even bigger joke week by week.
 
Seems right to me United sacked their hope for the future so now need time to find a new hope.

Simply employ somebody who they expect to fail giving them time to decide on the next course of action.

Even though we've been levels above them for a while, they still get a few good results against us, although we do batter them fairly often too.

Just with their manager being sacked and an ex player coming in for his first game as manager, you can almost see the headlines should they win. Just feels like it could happen.

Plus they're a bit better and still have good players like Bruno.

Usually I don't worry about them and back us to smash them but given how we've shit the bed a fair bit in the last 18 months and the story with their manager, something feels off.
