Carrick can do a good job but that ain’t good enough the rags “being back” to them is dominating the league not top four and the occasional cup! History tells you when football was totally different to now that they fluke a top manager then they dominate the league! Now any club after our dominance won’t dominate anymore for me and winning the league 1 once or twice in 6 years will be the way it will go!

Some think if Arsenal win the league this season they’ll dominate the league! Liverpool fans were saying the same after the 500m spend after winning the league! Football is not like that!

If the future includes a 100k Old Trafford, I don't much like it. They are well set for CL football next season unless Liverpool and Chelsea wake up.

They have the huge advantage of only playing league games. They have to finish in the top 4, no other optin works for them. If you added any kind of additional games, they will run out of steam.
