I am assuming that the Circus project is dead in terms of government support and Jim Ratcliffe knows it and was happy to speak out in such a provocative way. Starmer and Burnham are also happy to slag off Ratcliffe because it plays well with their base and especially Muslim voters. Ratcliffe, Burnham, and Starmer are all opportunist wankers who will say anything if they think it will further their own status. The deserve each other. They are all total twats.Burnham should formally withdraw support for the project and state specifically thats the response to these comments. Tax dodgers like Scruffy Jim don't care about words but money ............ thats the tender spot
I can’t see Ratcliffe walking around the communities he condemns, he’ll, he doesn’t even live here. So my only assumption can be that he has got this view from looking around the Swamp and seeing all those faces.
Nothing like kicking yourself in the bollocks.
And putting his own money into regeneration projects in East Manchester, where the football club he owns, is based. If I was a rag it would worry me that scruffy Jim doesn’t have a handle on the facts and figures on immigration and who is claiming benefits. If he doesn’t do research on basic things as that, what’s his grasp on the current financial plight at United?
Also penny for the thoughts of Omar Barada who is French Moroccan in his ethnicity. What’s he privately thinking now?
The difference between scruffy Jim and Sheikh Mansour is striking. One spends his time putting his foot in it with interviews whilst his businesses tank. The other says nothing and quietly gets on with stacking his business portfolios up and running a country.
Have they just issued that ?![]()

Darn foreigners “colonising” our great country ( at least for another 2 years)!Tuchel has extended his England contact by two years, another option for the rags has gone
Hopefully mate. Will be old news by next week.
I"ll chip in a fiver to help get the swamp demolished on condition that no new stadium is built.......Puts the boot into Starmer calling him the wrong man for the job, does that mean they aren’t getting their government hand out to knock down the raggydrome?
'Raggydome'? Brilliant! Brought to mind The Frankies and that fine album of theirs:Puts the boot into Starmer calling him the wrong man for the job, does that mean they aren’t getting their government hand out to knock down the raggydrome?
'Raggydome'? Brilliant! Brought to mind The Frankies and that fine album of theirs:
'We're a long way from home/ Welcome to the Raggydome..'
Given the distances most of their fans travel from their residences to Manchester for Red Filth home games that about sums them up.
(PS.. as I've said on here and elsewhere several times, one penny of the taxpayer's ackers diverted under a Labour government to building the New Swamp for those and I'm handing in my party membership after 55 years..)
‘On our way home, lost before halftime, moan’‘We're a long way from home/ Welcome to the Raggydome..'
