BBC ramping up the article quota for a change!
Car-Wreck can connect the rags of the second half of the 2020s to the rags of the 1990s and 2000s, but only because he has been involved with the shithole in both eras.

He’s the one common denominator, apart from the pisscan, of course.

Any manager of any decent standing could get their incredibly expensive squad to about 3rd/4th in this current PL season playing one game a week. Carrick's been able to play the same XI in basically every game and that same XI has been able to give it 100% in every match because of the six days off they keep getting. Even Amorim had them 5th/6th by the time they sacked him.

That'll change come the summer.

The big challenge for Carrick will come when they're having to juggle two games a week (something they've been naff at this season) and he's having to rotate and find new ways to beat teams when his first ideas get found out. He hasn't gone in with any tactical revolution to set them up for the future, he's just played a talented bunch of footballers where they're supposed to be played. That system will be found out eventually.

Actually, it's been found out in almost every game they've played, to be honest - they've just had more in the legs than their opponents because they've had more breaks than basically any other team this season. Their record on 3-4 days rest this season is shocking. It's something like 2 wins from 10 games and those wins were against Burnley and Wolves. Carrick's about the best they can do right now but I don't see him being there in 12 months time.

A big shock will come when they realise the CL is fucking grim to have to deal with since the changes to the group stage. This isn't 2-3 semi intense games and then 2-3 dead rubbers like it used to be, it's eight high intensity games that are a total drain on the mental and physical sides of things. I don't think Carrick's got what it takes to manage that at all. They're gonna need 5-6 new faces, mostly in midfield, and they're all gonna have to click fast.

Fucking stop it with the media love in. United won't be title challengers next season. These cunts are having a 40 game season. They've got a week's rest between matches. Them picking up form was because the useless twats went out of every competition immediately and have fuck all games to play.

With CL next season these will struggle for top 4 as usual
Your preaching to the choir mucker.

Especially if rat-face pisses off.

Who are they going to have to officiate their games?

Neville taking about them winning the league again lol.

1 game per week. It’s constant United this and that. He genuinely can’t get past the fact the rags are an ordinary team these days.

So that’s the league won by rags, dips and arse. City never ever in with a chance according to the informed former players. Yet we have won the most league the last 13 seasons… mmmmm something don’t add up.
Just been up to see my homies in the hood (well, Urmston) and general consensus from the more objective reds is that they are where they are because the f no Europe
