United threads

i agree. Just flickin down this site, U*ited here, U*ited there...some would think we care care more about them than City ;)

I said this on a thread which was created just 3 days after our stomping of Burnley, a thread titled 'I hate these', and when it opened it was about the OP hating the green and gold scarves. Now 48 hours before that thread, when Liverpool drew, we were put in such a magnificant position, but yet that particular OP saw fit to concentrate on his hatred of green and gold scarves, which I found bizarre to say the least. As said many times by myself on here before, who cares what they do, what they win and what they are about? Its what we do, win and are about which should only be the focus of every single one of us. And as for the ones who bothered to register for Redcafe to just go on and wind up rags, well that takes it to a whole new level, one which i'd rather not comment on. It should only be about City.

The only thing i will say bout slagging the scum off is it gives our players a break from being slagged. Take the piss out the rags by all means but were 74 hrs away from a crucial game so lets start getting behind our lads from now and on sunday make a great atmosphere for once

No!

Jeez - embarrassing, concentrate on city etc etc

Seems like the op couldn't think of a thread himself.

Why can't we revel in their latest failure - a healthy hatred for united goes hand in hand with being a Blue.

I hope we continue to enjoy their demise.

No it shouldn't. If you've not already noticed, this is a forum and if anybody wants to make a comment or air an opinion about anything whatsoever (that's why there is an Off-Topic thread), then they're quite entitled to do so. If you don't want to read about other peoples comments about The Scum, then ignore the post.

My point is there's a time and a place, and as you say its a forum so I too have an opinion, right? Put it this way, I had a huge smile on my face last night and this morning, and rightly hammered my rag mates like everyone else would have. Tuesday morning though after a bank holiday weekend which saw a massive win for us, and results going our way from Spurs and Liverpool, well the last thing I would have thought anyone would even care about is the colour of what scarves the rags have. It doesn't get anymore insignificant than that after what we could all have been talking about, (i.e. us going 4th and in the driving seat). As for my point about people bothering to register with Redcafe, (or any other none-City forum for that matter), well i shouldn't have to explain why that is confusing.

Threads live and die by the interest the board as a hole has in them, I myself don't care for rag threads. I didn't watch the game last night and only ever watch them when they play us, but most people here seem to enjoy that side of following a football side, so fair play to them.

A night when your rival team gets knocked out of the cup your entitled to wind them up. No I didn't go on about it on here but I wound up my rag mates. Its what rival teams do.

City didn't have a game last night so I don't see what the big deal is. Rival teams always have and always will wind each other up. I don't really see a problem with it.

Tell you what - Dont read them then!!

Besides our 6-1 win was on Saturday - it's now Thursday - we'd be slagging our Manager, our players, our CEO, the stadium, the ticket office, the kit, the pies, Stuart Pearce, et al by now if it wasn't for having a laugh at United.

Don't like it?

Don't click on the thread, there are plenty of others you can read.
