Posted this in the other united thread, but if I am ordering tickets using someone else's customer numbr over the phone, do I need any more info, and can I get the ticket sent to a different address? cheers

The ticket would normaly get sent to the address of the card holder unless you are ordering other tickets on your own card and you give your card first as the lead address.

Mate, i ordered a dipper ticket on boxing day before the joke game with somebody elses card number, i paid for it with my own solo card and requested strongly that it must be sent to 'my' address. Anyway, the card had'nt come up until yesterday so i rang the ticket office having rang it a week after the initial booking to make sure the ticket was to be sent to 'my' address and indeed was it on its way?

Yesterday the ticket had still not been sent out but was indeed to be despatched to the cardholders address. I now have to go to the Bullens rd ticket office and get a duplicate one before kick off next Saturday, they did exactly the same to me against the Dippers about 6/7 years ago and have had season tickets sent to different address' 3 times over the last few years, instead of sending them to St. Helens in Lancs they sent them to St. Helens in the I.O.Man or somewhere, they are nutters mate, be careful.
