Anyone know what the crack is with upgrading tickets? rang the club to upgrade a concession but they weren't having it. Even though it says it might be possible on the website...

I didnt mean jib in with no ticket, just an adult using a concession. I'm assuming it will just be a light system that is used at the Etihad.
