United Vs City post Game Discussion Thread

We know it's not a sprint it is a marathon to win the league but after all their taunts about not beating anyone that was a massive statement by the team and I'm glad Mancini kept to his word when he said a while ago about keeping the goals coming we would have been within our rights to do the "ole" stuff at 4-1 but no kept going and hammered them.

Oh, I almost forgot ... fukc you magpie!

Woke up this morning and the first thing I saw as looked out the window was a bastard magpie landing in the garden ... I thought it was a sure-fire omen we were doomed today.

Actually the true meaning of 1 magpie is 'to be prepared'. And safe to say we were well prepared.

Just saying like.

At least he sounds local, must be the village of stretford idiot! lol

-- Sun Oct 23, 2011 8:42 pm --

Both me and the misses said at 1-0 it didn't feel like we were winning, it felt so comfortable, normally we'd be chasing the game/holding on to a point or defending like madmen! Was just so easy!

Posted this before the game.

I've got my under 13's team that I manage playing in a six pointer at two. Combined with the Derby, my I feel properly sick.

Tonight could be a good one, or one that needs Barton bridge.

Two wins out of two.

I am over the moon - no Barton Bridge needed.

YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
