Unlikely fan but a true one.

It'll be amazing going to your first proper city game, I've only been out in Korea for 6 months and it's killing me not being able to go to the games!

I have a similar background - I have family ties to Manchester from way back, but no direct link to City. I was just always drawn to this club. I find it pretty ironic and hilarious when I get called a glory hunter.

If you ever get to Manchester, you will be made to feel very welcome, I go to as many games as I can and I have never had the mancunians treat me with anything but hospitality and good will.

The gloryhunter thing is only ever directed at the rags, if i get a bit of banter I always just say yep i have been gloryhunting for almost 30 years, I am just not very good at it!

Greetings from Denmark fellow blue.

Be True Be Blue

Supporting Manchester City has been a thread that has been there throughout my life.

I have met lads who have become friends for life.

All my family are blues we all hate the rags.

I feel your pain, my friend. Although, in Austin (Texas) there are around 7 City fans. Every time we go to the Pub to watch the Derby (they don't show that one on regular TV here) there are 100 or more red shirts. Last season was the best, though, when we got them twice. The look on their faces was priceless as 7 guys, drunk as hell at 8 a.m. were yelling and singing their asses off as we won... again. :) There is nothing sweeter.

If you want to distinguish yourself why not get a tattoo of Andy Morrison across your stomach? As you belly gets bigger so will Andy's face in much the same way as it will in real life.

Sorted.
