Shooting Stars was very much 'of it's time'... Something completely different, like Monty Python.

Neither show has aged particularly well truth be told. Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer soon became the Mike and Bernie Winters of their day.

Launched Matt Lucas career, that's about all I have to remember it by really. Mike and Bernie Winters the poor mans Morecambe and Wise :)
