Unpopular opinions

Because i was shopping and came to the sandwich isle and brought it on impulse , he could have said thank you and taken the bits out he didnt want , last time i do it

I was talking in general not specifically about you.

Nobody uses trains here Misty, it's too fucking far to everywhere so the government invests nothing in them.
That is my pont Bill. The moaning fuckers on here want to work from home but then, on the one day in the month they decide to go out, moan there are no trains.
Plus, it isn't that far between Sydney and Canberra, it is as you say, due to lack of investment.

Not all tramps are fussy eaters, some may be vegan with a Gluten intolerance and a nut allergy. Forcing a 99p processed 'ham' and genetically modified tomato on crappy white soggy bread is not as charitable as some are making out.

You'd eat it

I’m not knocking people for showing kindness but I’ve always thought it a bit odd when I see people buying food for a homeless person sat outside a shop, without asking them what they’d like first? Don’t think any of us would dream of buying anyone else lunch without asking them what they fancy first.

In this case he wasn't sitting outside a shop, he was standing and moving back and forth between opposite sidewalks.

I did think of asking him but as he had asked for money and was obviously a drug addict thought better to just pick him something bland and inoffensive.

Really? Ffs
He says UK stance on supporting Ukraine has no support in Europe and we are just doing it because we are “America’s lackey”. The figures of military support from the Baltic and now, belatedly, from Germany give the lie to this.
He believes US should negotiate a settlement with Russia which concedes part of Ukraine to Russia. He thinks that would put an end to Putin’s aggression and that there would be no further demands. Sounds like Munich to me. Note that Ukraine has no say in all this. He does not believe that Russia poses any threat to western freedom and democracy.
A brilliant linguistics scholar, but his marxist beliefs make him a poor political analyst.
