unwanted popups

not sure what i've done to deserve this, but i keep receiving full page popups

they offer free laptops, loans, and other such tat

i've got AVG, spybot and windows defender, but none of them pick up or get rid of the popups

any help or suggestions as to how i might get rid of them would be greatly appreciated

The worst pop up is that one that wiggles around telling you that you have won a laptop, and because it wiggles you can not click on the cross in the corner of it to get rid! Very annoying!
