Upgrading kids ticket

have been told the "upgrading" system is still not working but City Guarantee it will be processed by kickoff tomoz.

anyone else trying to upgrade ?

my mate who is using the ticket is a bit old to pass for 10.

I'm hoping if it doesnt happen then the stewards will let it go as dont fancy sending my mate to queue up at ticket office.

You could always try distractin' the steward on the gate whilst your mate whips through the turnstile ....... tell him he's got a unique face profile or somethin' like that ....... or that he looks a bit like George Clooney!

If it's a female steward tell em' they've got nice fingernails , and ask where they had em' painted!

They'll forget all about what they're supposed to be doing!

How do the stewards check your tickets anyway does a special light or something come on when you insert the kids card!

Got one this year for my daughter.

She wont go to every match thought I could just upgrade it for a mate by paying the difference over the phone which would automatically be applied to my daughters card.

Is this not the case dont fancy having to que up on match days to do it!

where are you entering the ground mate if you are near the ticket office then it makes it a lot easyer not far to walk(for me or your self)so it wont take to long.

if its the north stand i will be there on the gate in the north east corner come and give one of the lads a shout tell them the problem and they should get me. if not ask for a suppervisor then they will get me and i shall do what i can

ps dont leave it to late it is going to be a full house ticket office will be flapping it

Bought my 5 year old a Live For City Seasoncard last year and have upgraded it 4 or 5 times over the phone easier than match days.
You cannot upgrade for cup games though!

I ve just upgraded an U21 to an adult by phone (option 2 then 1) took about 40mins on hold but at least its done before match day!
