Just testing with a photo of the overgrown river swim I was about to fish for the first time in 5 years last week, had to reduce photo size though to upload.
 
The server has a file size limit of 2mb, which is why some of you may be having problems uploading directly from your phone. You will need to reduce the size before uploading.

He was torpedoed on it but I honestly don’t know where. Very likely the same place. He’s not alive to ask now and nobody would be likely to know.

Appears to happen after a certain interval of time has lapsed post-upload.

@Ric this is the issue I was referring to yesterday.

Perhaps this is just happening to some users or there this an auto-delete after a period of time for the uploaded images?
