I think we've been so use to failure for so long as a club, that now we are successful, it's completely alien to us so we just don't understand it or know how to react properly. Think there's a genuine fear that with each slip, we are sliding back to shitness. Of course, we're not in reality and most logical and sound thinking people recognise only one team can win the league each season, however I think some just cannot handle success.

Good summing up tbh, I think people think we're going to win the league 10/20 times on the trott

.One of the best teams.
.Best fans.
.Building one of the best academy facilities in the world.
.We're going to be competing for every major trophy for at least the next 20 years.
.We're aiming to become the next Barcelona (reports).

We might not win it this year, but we will sure win it again.

That pretty much sums it up for me too. Like a widespread panic when things are not absolutely perfect, 100% the time.

I wonder if some blues were this irrational pre internet days? :)

I agree, i think the majority expected another league title or the CL. For the past 4/5 seasons weve gradually improved each season so taking a step back seems like a disaster.

I know wumming is banned on BM but shit I can't help it. I keep going into the 'Mancini Rumour' thread just to post some shite wind up post but I think half of them are taking it seriously.
So I hear we are talking biscuits ? Are Tunnocks Caramel Wafers counted or do they have to be a biscuit biscuit ? If so I go for simple McVities (no shops own brand shite) Digestives. You can dunk them as well.
