Everything goes blurred, I've never seen it myself, I can feel them vibrating physically. I dunno what it looks like but it freaks people out a bit.

1) eyes need to be open
2) [fridge]booze is bad - less nervous tension - just tried and having drunk since the game, I can't do it.
