When our fantastic late winner went in I and all those around me leapt about in joy - unfortunately I landed rather awkwardly on the concrete surface of Joe Mercer Way and badly ricked my ankle. A lad about 10 yards in front fell over and grazed his hands. I really feel the club should be resurfacing the pathway in a safety material much like childrens playgrounds have and installing adequate rails before someone plummets onto the Metrolink line or blindly runs, in their state of ecstasy, into the path of a BMW heading out of the car park for the leafy haven of Wilmslow.

serves you right for going early!!!

They should also bubble wrap the seats so that i don't scrape my shins on the seat infront when we score.

Couldn't agree more, the lack of respect shown by that foreign mercenary scoring at such a ridiculous time in the match shows a complete lack of understanding of the English game and culture. If you can't be bothered winning the game within a reasonable time-frame then frankly, don't bother at all, this is an accident waiting to happen and with all due respect to the OP the aftermath could have been considerably worse.

When I left the match at 70 minutes, so I could miss the traffic and get home before the game had even finished, I ran down the spiral so quickly that I got dizzy and had a funny turn.

Sort it out City FFS.

We need a campaign for square spirals.

Personally, I'm all for inflatable escape slides allowing quicker car park access, it also might make the 3rd tier a more attractive prospect to the more casual attendee?
