Yep

There is ITV 2,3 and 4 on proper TV and they are showing some shit repeat programmes tonight on those channels. If they cant properly cover the FA cup, then they should be banned from bidding for it next year. At least one of the replays would be live on Sky if Sky had rights not ITV

I'm guessing that perhaps UEFA might have banned ITV (or indeed any of their host broadcasters across Europe) from broadcasting a game from another competition at the same time as the CL game. Hence, only highlights later on. You can't even access the stream on ITV.com if you are living outside of the UK!
