US diplomat wife flees UK after killing teen - not coming back

Remember Yvonne Fletcher?

A police officer shot dead in the street by someone from inside the Libyan embassy.

The culprit was put in an embassy car to the airport and flown out on a Libyan plane.

There was nothing we could do to stop him, though we broke off diplomatic relations with Libya for years.

I remember that. It was shocking, and I really felt for her colleagues who witnessed it and had tried to save her.
 
I was in the car with a few mates on the way to a stag do earlier this year, in northern France. We drove through this little traditional village and there was an unmarked cobbled roundabout.

None of us had a fucking clue which way round it we were supposed to go or how to turn third exit.

Pretty sure we did it incorrectly but luckily the place was dead.

Awkward changing side's few years ago I turned into wrong lane coming out of Busch Gardens scary.

It’s quite obvious that the above wouldn’t be true if he had diplomatic immunity.
