US & Israel attack Iran

Essentially anyone deemed a threat to Israel will be treated in this manner. A country whose leaders are not middle Eastern in any meaningful sense of the world want to expand way beyond their current borders and will do so however long it takes. Extremely powerful people will keep funding the propaganda and politically illiterate people like some on here will either believe it or actively create and share it.

Yes Iran may not be the type of country many westerners want to live in, but consider this. It has existed for nearly 3000 years, unlike the current hegemonic power the US's paltry 300. And it is Iran that is constantly attacked both economically for decades, as well as military strikes every so often just to keep it in line.

I think the US is underestimating Iran and also the Chinese will not allow its destruction.

And just to finish I know plenty of people who have been to Iran recently. And they liked the place a lot.

You neglect the fact until the US distabalised Iraq and then Syria that Israel was happy to have the Iranian regiem and it's tight control and stability with a silent partnership where both prevented Saddam and Assad flfrom troubling the other.

The US messed up that mutual dependance and caused Israel uncertaintly or security.

Times have changed and Iran now aviable threat, but lets not pretend this is for the good of the Iranian people, it for national security and spheres of influence for Israel and a power trip for the orange gibbon

But again, you're talking about a hypothetical with the nuclear desire; they haven't dropped a single one, despite Israeli intelligence telling us "they would" since 1978. Iran are developing nuclear weapons, so too are Israel and the US. And Israel have been encroaching on sovereign territory for almost a century, killing innocent people as they have done so. So who should be perceived the more nefarious threat in that region? Why wouldn't Iran ramp up a nuclear program given the context?

Is the Ayatollah an evil, gutless prick? Yes. Are Netanyahu and the IDF evil, gutless pricks? Yes. Like I said, there's no moral high ground for any flag. You're clearly intelligent enough to see that a nation that are committing genocide aren't simultaneously trying to topple a regime because they're crusaders for a better world.

Iran has the second biggest Jewish community in the world after Israel. The Iranian Jews have also stated it clear for at least the past 3 decades of mainstream media that the Jews in Iran wholeheartedly preferred and feel safe living in Iran than living in the US.

Iranian Jews live in a free and equal world politically, financially, community, etcetera. Unlike the Palestinians in Israel who are 2nd 3rd class citizens.

Also, the most conversions to Christianity in the world happens in Iran now, according to my Christian friends.
