US & Israel attack Iran

$500m of US battlefield intellegence equipment after an Iranian drone and missile strike

The US had 16 - now they have 15.
I wonder how long Trump will keep up the pretence of Russian intellegence being given to Iran as being irrelevant?

I don't believe in the daily fail but it is interesting..

BTW their posting game is top notch compared to the Russian KGB..

So he's basically admitted there's no laundry fire??

I guess drones have evolved to a point where Iran can send huge number of drones in waves, mixed with rockets. After some point, you run out of ammo, while the enemy still launches another wave of hundred of drones and rockets.

If they overwhelmed Iron dome, it's reasonable to assume they'd overwhelm depleted defenses of a carrier group after a few waves of continuous attacks.

I'm pretty sure that has been manipulated.

You really have to question everything these days, which makes it way easier for regimes to hide their lies or push propoganda amongst all the noise.

Some **** on Faux News telling Shitgibbon to send the troops in. Just as WSJ reports a pentagon leak of 50,000 soldiers are on their way to Middle East.

This fucker ain't ending anytime soon is it?
Just rewatching 'Turning Point Vietnam' on Netflix. The early 'incursions' into Iran bear a remarkable resemblance to the Vietnam war both politically and militarily.

The intent of operation EPIC FURY in using massive amount of air power to smash the enemy is not really that different from operation ROLLING THUNDER in terms of intent, although the pace, longevity and targeting wasn't. And if troop numbers being reported being prepped for a ground offensive in Iran are correct, it has echoes of Westmorland's rapid increase in troop numbers into South Vietnam, and we all know how that ended...

They never fucking learn.

The recent Ken Burns doc about the Revolution made a similar point. The British generally outperformed the Americans militarily, as you'd expect when regular troops with sophisticated training and leadership face a bunch of farmers. But all the Americans had to do was outlast them, because inevitably the British establishment was unable to sustain the political will to keep fighting an expensive war on another continent, and the abuses inherent to any invasion motivate the locals to fight back. It's the same dynamic we've seen in every colonial war the former European powers lost, Ukraine, and Vietnam and Afghanistan post-WWII. These wars aren't winnable.

The only positive out of this is that, the US wouldn't be able to take Greenland against a united EU force now. Particularly with the current US military leadership.

Even the extended use of Nepalm failed to destroy the resolve of the Vietnamese, of course Pres Trump was not in charge then so presumably he would have shown them how to do it properly.

I certainly think the Epstein files are at least partially responsible for the USA's involvement in Iran, but probably not for the reason I think you are alluding to. That's just coincidental.
I think it's all about revenge before he dies
Example 1
trump says Obama will wage war in Iran Obama signs an agreement with Iran, trump throws the agreement in the bin starts a war and says it was a terrible deal

What and where is he going to hit with a nuke? I honestly can't see how using a nuke benefits them or the Israelis.
He’d drop it on Tehran because he can, you’ve got to remember we are not dealing with a sane person now, he has no safe guards in place and war mongerers like Hegseth and facists like Miller egging him on, who would stop him and what would anyone do if he did?

Talking of Greenland, it must not be forgotten that they like Spain have had an accident involving US nuclear bombers at Thule so are possibly just as determined as Spain to reject any USA approaches. One of the bombs was not recovered.

Analysts now think $200 a barrel isn’t far fetched. I think it’s now time to go into ‘prepping mode’ and prepare for societal collapse.

I am filling dry stores, freezer and adding another bottle to my portable propane portfolio. Sharpening axes and tooling up. Preparing a bug-out bag for the family which we can grab and throw in the van and head out to the hills if required.

Good. The last thing you need is a bunch of youtubers releasing how well the enemy is doing hitting its targets during a war.

Can't work out if serious or not....
