Has an eerie feeling of Carter's last days
Not in how things ended, more the outgoing President thing

Carter spent the last days of his term negotiating the release of the hostages in Iran.

Biden still has nearly six months left.
I know. And I'm aware of the differences in how things eventually panned out. It's just that the two situations seemed familiar

There was a conversation on Sky asking why didn't Putin "give this" to Trump (if he gets in that is).
Consensus was, despite he and Trump being besties, that Putin trusted Biden more to do it properly.
It wouldn’t surprise me if Putin regards Trump with contempt.

The idiot cosies up to Ras, but that doesn’t mean the feelings are mutual.

I have a feeling Putin holds nearly everyone in contempt.

Most people are just useful idiots in his eyes. And the minute you stop being useful…
