Im not sure thats right. May be wrong but I think he was going to try in 2016 but Obama told him he wanted Hillary Clinton to be their nominee?

I could be wrong but I don't think so - Biden's son also died of cancer in 2015 and I think that (obviously) greatly impacted him

That worked out well. She was widely reviled and more or less ignored the swing states due to complacency.

100% election interference. That pretty much stopped Hillary's campaign in its tracks.

I'm convinced he was being leaned on heavily by someone connected to the Trump campaign. There is no other explanation.
