False flag..

What are the libs going to bomb them with? Walls of text??
FFS! The point is not to bomb them. The point is to terrorize them.

Reporting fake bomb threats and calling SWAT on Conservative is a common lefty tactic.

Ast Tim Pool and Actual Justice Warrior. This happens to them constantly.

Can't work out if your online persona is real or a parody? You read like a far right Stephen Colbert.

You should have no problem with it whatsoever. Your side has engaged in such behavior regularly. You have no leg to stand on. Had you called out the convicted law-breaking in your own candidate, you’d be right. But you ignored his law-breaking — not just that of his supporters, but the actual candidate. Any criticism of the other side for same is permanent hypocrisy on your part. Each and every instance. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Every barb you throw can be fairly countered with whataboutery for the next four years. So sorry.

States with a higher number of college degrees also tend to vote Democrat. This is true. But is that evidence of being more educated or more indoctrinated?

More likely than not it's evidence of both.

An interesting use of language Dax.
Again, I’m trying my best to see both sides here, but I honestly don’t see education as indoctrination. I really think you are stretching it to suit your argument here.

As I’ve said before I work in the courts. Criminal courts admittedly but the civil courts here work on the balance of probabilities.
I look at the education argument being presented here and have to say, it suits Dems to have an educated electorate. I don’t think that’s a bad thing.
I also think it suits the Republicans to have a poorly educated electorate ( that’s a generalisation I know), as well as like minded business classes. Why? Because it seems that gets them over the line.

It also explains why explaining policy to a literacy level of much of your target audience is enough in large swathes of America and probably defies logic to the outside world.

Now, before you respond, I’m not calling Americans that voted Trump thick. But the balance of probabilities argument for Red and Blue states educational levels is rather compelling.

Here’s one for everybody.
Without a calculator multiply 0.8 x 0.12

I know you’ll get it immediately Dax but the rest of you.

Our American friends should be under no illusion that the incoming governments blueprint for governing is about as far removed from Abraham Lincoln's 'by the people, for the people' vision of government from his Gettysburg address of 1863 as is humanly possible to be.

Anyone who thinks that man is out for anyone else other than himself must be clinically insane.

You sort of get to see how we got to the Sunak and Truss moments. Tufton Street entities, supported by US backers, get their claws into our parliamentary members and set policies just like the ones Trump and Musk will enact.

Said for a while that we were being used to test the water, seems like a lot of those thoughts are being proven.

Silly.

The hilarious (or perhaps malevolent) thing about musk is that the very people he has taken the piss out of by going maga are the same people that are still paying off the eye watering finance on his electric cars and live their lives on twitter / X.
I'm starting to wonder if it's actually deliberate mischief.

Many such are having buyer's regret.
