Not entirely sure a Presidency is measured by the ability to run upstairs. Does a VP have to reach a certain standard on a bleep test to qualify?

This coming Friday mornings Biden's latest snub will be justified as after the by-elections the letters to the 22 will be flying on. They do love to bang on about democracy but pass the PM role around like a game of pass the parcel. It won't wash.

Just watching the news report about it. One of his ex chief's of staff let slip to politico the plan.

Looks like it's being aided by the no labels party who are expected to stand Manchin against Biden. And possible third candidate to split his vote.
