States with a higher number of college degrees also tend to vote Democrat. This is true. But is that evidence of being more educated or more indoctrinated?
More likely than not it's evidence of both.
An interesting use of language Dax.
Again, I’m trying my best to see both sides here, but I honestly don’t see education as indoctrination. I really think you are stretching it to suit your argument here.
As I’ve said before I work in the courts. Criminal courts admittedly but the civil courts here work on the balance of probabilities.
I look at the education argument being presented here and have to say, it suits Dems to have an educated electorate. I don’t think that’s a bad thing.
I also think it suits the Republicans to have a poorly educated electorate ( that’s a generalisation I know), as well as like minded business classes. Why? Because it seems that gets them over the line.
It also explains why explaining policy to a literacy level of much of your target audience is enough in large swathes of America and probably defies logic to the outside world.
Now, before you respond, I’m not calling Americans that voted Trump thick. But the balance of probabilities argument for Red and Blue states educational levels is rather compelling.
Here’s one for everybody.
Without a calculator multiply 0.8 x 0.12
I know you’ll get it immediately Dax but the rest of you.
