How do you feel that the Jury found him guilty of pinning her, Ripping her tights open and fingering her?
How do I feel?

I think the jury heard the testimony of Trump's prior bad acts from two sworn witnesses which spoke to Trump being free with his hands, and the admission of the Access Hollywood tape which also spoke to Trump being free with his hands, all of which the judge ruled admissible as going to modus operandi (which would probably have been excluded in a criminal trial), and the jury concluded that, on balance, they believed a sexual assault took place, but they did not believe Trump dropped his trousers (as Carroll testified) and inserted his penis (as Carroll testified).

No person with an ounce of integrity would suggest that it’s unfathomable for Donald Trump to be capable of such behavior. Which is precisely why – Trump’s reputation preceding him – it’s also quite plausible that he’d be the prime target of a false and frivolous lawsuit, because it’s far likelier that a jury would believe the accuser if the defendant is Trump than, say, Mike Pence, who famously won’t even dine alone with a woman to whom he’s not related.

I think from the genesis of this case to the conclusion, it smells, as do the fraud and election interference (hush-money case) cases. Unfortunately on the classified documents case and Trump leading a criminal conspiracy to overturn an election and subvert the Constitution we'll never get to the truth, Trump will never be held to account.

How is the current shutdown vote stand-off a Biden problem to solve?
He's POTUS. Top of his game, sharp as a tack. He wants the 1,547 page original continuing resolution to pass. He's read every single word, he needs to persuade a bitterly-divided House and the American people to get on-board, it's what a leader would do. Great opportunity for him to differentiate himself from the orange nutter.

If I were a die-hard Republican voter I'd be wondering why so many Democrats are behind the 1,547 pages that no-one has read, and few were involved in negotiating.

Come on now,ya gotta pass it before you find out what’s actually in it!!

This bullshit happens all the time with the debt ceiling. It’s a disgrace. The Republicans are almost as bad as the Democrats.

The national debt is a ticking time bomb and I hope I am dead when it finally goes off!!
Congress has passed a continuing resolution 34 times in the last 10 years. I agree, it's a disgrace and they use fear every single time to cram through spending without the public having a chance to really figure out what is going on.

The Budget Control and Impoundment Act of 1974 requires the House of Representatives to pass 12 appropriations bills and transmit them to the Senate by June 30 of every year. The Senate is required to return those bills to the House, and any differences are to be resolved by the end of the annual fiscal year deadline of Sept. 30.

The last time this process was completed was in 1976!

It's becoming increasingly clear that some parts of the executive branch have been on autopilot, and the other parts have been run by Jake Sullivan.
