Out of curiosity I decided to find out what typical Fox News viewers think about the recent security breach in which top secret war plans were accidently shared with The Atlantic journalist Jeffrey Goldberg after Goldberg received a connection request from Trump's National Security Advisor, Michael Waltz, on the Signal app.

So I scrolled down to the comments section of this Fox News article in which the breach is discussed.

To my very great surprise virtually all comments condemned the breach and some were demanding that heads roll.

Perhaps - just maybe - Republicans are beginning to see that the Emperor wears no clothes.

These cunts tell us how much they loath us more than the North Koreans and Russians do.

Let that sink in!
In the space of a short couple of months Trump and his cronies have upended everything we thought was possible and indeed impossible.

Andrew Neil not someone who I normally find much common ground with has admitted his mistake in supporting Trump over Harris and realizes now that a man intent on intervening with democracy in his own country is now attempting the same abroad.

Everyday Trump and his fellow travellers are uttering more inanities and threating supposed allies whilst showering praise on Putin.
I have no idea where this ends. But Europe needs to get it's act together.

I'm on your side politically.

But I have complete disagreement about this:
>> we thought was possible
In fact, Trump is behaving exactly as I and numerous other prescient posters have posted about ad nauseum.

Andrew Neil destroying his own credibility as a media heavyweight.

"I think this..."

"Didn't you support Trump?"

I understand what you are saying and imagine living in the US you had a way better idea of what a Trump government, I use the term loosely, would look like.
Also naively on my part thought the much lauded separation of powers in the US would prove a safeguard. We are forever being told it's the oldest and best democracy in the world.

Cheers.

IMO the checks and balances between supposedly co-equal branches of governance spelled out in the US Constitution need revision.

But due to the Constitution, there's virtually no way that change will occur at the constitutional level.

What amazes me is how intelligent, knowledgeable people, of which Andrew Neil is one, actually fell for Trump. How could they not foresee the chaos?
