I know you are being facetious, but there is a strong possibility that in a real democracy, she wins. We will have to wait for the CA vote count to know.

In fairness, with the current system in place, the popular vote means nothing. For example republicans probably won't bother voting in New York and California and likewise democrats in Texas so thats not a fair judgement.

As for Texas, demographics suggest Texas is on the move towards being Blue. Not this time, but soon.
