Is Neymar young enough to sign and be counted as home grown forevermore?

The boy is class. Sign him up if at all possible. He's going to be a sensation (once he keeps his head).

Also Robinho has been excellent. Love to see him stay - at least give it a go until the eng of August to see if he's happy and links well with the rest. (hopfully the stooopid booo boys will keep their mouths shut if Mancini keeps him around).

I suggested this a long time ago.

Straight swap, no cash, for Robinho. Robinho goes to his beloved Brazil, we get to build Neymar into a European player from age 18.
