Robinho?!

Have u not been watchin us this season lad?

I'd play Robinho mate.

"Get out there son and show these supporters you actually give a shit, the stage is yours"

This might just be the big game he shines..[/quote]

Some of it is a question of character. He is a confidence player and a mard arse.

I wouldn't be surprised if that Diouf played after his goal at weekend. I think Obertan will play, maybe Nani or Valencia on the other wing. I reckon Owen will play, he'll be their main goal threat. I'd expect Gibson and Anderson to play in the centre midfield positions. Neville will play because of his experience, wouldn't be surprised if that De Laet played along with Brown.

But, whatever team they play, I think we can win :) .

Come on City!

No chance Neville will play. Even Nugent outpaced him on Saturday. I think the De Silva twins, or at least one of them will play. I think they play Neville when they know they can get away with it. Ferguson is quite clever with the way he uses his squad. He picks a team which is stronger enough to win, but he doesn't over play his strongest players so that come the 2nd half of the season they are really strong. That explains in part why they win matches in the 1st half of the season without looking great.

Evra is the player apart from Rooney I fear the most. His pace is exceptional, and he combines really well with their forwards. If Evra is missing, and Neville starts I will be well pleased

i reckon he will start with a "weaker" 11 with some of the better players on the bench, certainly don't think granny will start:

Foster
De Silva
Vidic
Brown
De Laet
Obertan
Gibson
Fletcher
Nani
Welbeck
Owen

Without Rooney, I fancy our chances no matter who else they play. We put three past them at the Swamp with Vidick and Smackhead and that was when our defence was shite. Now they wont have their best defense playing and if Rooney is rested then they haven't really got a genuine goal threat up front.

What makes you think they will rest Rooney? A half-fit Rio is a weakness not a strength. Ferguson says Rio is not ready for Tuesday so unless he's lying, he wont play

But, I think they'll want his experience to help the younger players. I think he'll be their captain. If they were worried about him being outpaced, then they wouldn't play him much would they, lol. Pace isn't his strongest attribute.

I think Evra will be on the bench, and they might bring him on with twenty minutes or half an hour to go depending on the score.

No coincidence that Rooney and Berbaflop were both taken off immediately the Burnley game was safe on 70 minutes. He wants them as fresh as possible for Tuesday. At least 1 possibly both will start.

Well I hope you're right. As I said, I think they are very careful about the games he plays. i.e. they play him in games they think they can comfortably win eg Burnley at home. Fair play to Ferguson, he knows how to get the most out of his squad.
