I'm more interested in what we think about the season after it happens, than how we will feel between now and WBA. And I think the LC is the perfect time to blood young players.

I am. I've never seen us win there (about a dozen times starting in the late 70's), so fuckin' smash 'em. I'd rather play full strength tonight, rest a few v WBA and Barca if we have to. This result is far more important to match going blues.

I'd like to win to damage Man Utd, but as far as City are concerned, beating WBA and getting a point (at least) from Barca is bigger. Ideally I hope we play the kids and beat them. More likely we play the kids and get beat, but if that means we are more likely to beat WBA then that's what we should do.

Do you not think that will be counter productive though? The team looked short on confidence on Sunday with certain players looking to struggle. A good performance and win tonight would set us up perfectly for west brom. As for barca, anything could happen. Happy for him to rest one or two tonight, but I want a strong side.

Could.nt agree more, some absolute bloody rubbish being spoken on here, I sadly wont be there tonight and rarely go to games these days but ffs no wonder the atmosphere is shit at the Etihad if half the fans there dont have a burning desire to stuff the red shite above all else at any given opportunity.
